• How much space do you need to park the truck?

  Our game truck requires at least 50 – 60 feet of fairly level ground in order for us to park safely. We try not to park in your driveway for safety and insurance reasons, however parking in front of our customer’s house normally works. If not we can always meet at the local park near your house to have the event.

• How many players can game at one time?

  Our game truck comfortably fits up to 23 players at a single time, making it perfect for parties big and small with zero waiting around.

• What happens if the weather is bad on my event day?

  AFK Mobile Arcade is designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, heavy snow or rain, very high winds, flooding etc,) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service for safety. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated ice/snow/rain/wind storm) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.

• Are food and drinks allowed inside the truck?

  Our mission is to deliver you the most personalized prestigious gaming experience possible. The quality of your experience depends on the cleanliness of our game truck so unfortunately, we don’t allow food or drink in our game truck. Sticky fingers and controllers don’t mix well. If this is an adult party we are willing to make an exception.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  Full payment is required once we secure your date and time. A current credit/debit card is is required in order to secure your spot. Unfortunately there will be a $99 cancellation fee for all events cancelled by customers after payment has been received. Any event cancelled within 7 days of the event will receive no refund. If there is an emergency we will work together with you to reschedule.
