  • Understand What Is Included: When you work with our team, you will find that we have the latest gaming consoles onboard—including VR—as well as high-definition screens, surround sound, and climate control. Our trailer is even set up to bring the look and feel of an arcade right to your door. Additionally, we can explore what consoles and games your guests might be interested in the most to make sure we have them on board.
  • Space and Requirements: For video game events, we don’t need much to set up and get started. We even have our own power supply source. However, we will need a flat, legal parking spot with enough space for a truck-sized trailer, which is 50–60 feet.
  • Scheduling and Pricing: Our standard package, which is $399, is a two-hour session, with the ability to add more hours if needed. Additionally, you can add VR gaming or online gaming for an additional cost. If you are a church, school, or non-profit, reach out to our team for special pricing.
  • Age-Appropriate Games: We cater our game selection to the demographics that attend our video game events. For instance, if you’re planning an elementary school event, the games we have on board will be suited for that target age range.
  • Staffing and Supervision: A member of our team will be in the trailer at all times to supervise the players and help troubleshoot if needed.
